What we collect
- Your name, email, phone, TDLR license number and license type.
- Course activity: time logged, quiz results, completion date and the IP address used when you sign your completion statement.
- Payment confirmation from Square. We do not receive or store your card number.
How we use it
- To run the course and issue your certificate.
- To report your completion to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, as the law requires.
- To answer your questions and send course emails.
We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- TDLR, for completion reporting and audits.
- Square, to process payments.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the site’s data.
How long we keep it
We keep completion records for at least as long as TDLR requires and then may delete them.
Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you logged in and to protect forms.
