Terms and Refund Policy
The rules for using this site and taking our courses.
Enrollment
Each enrollment is for one person. You agree to complete the course yourself, without help from anyone else, and to give your legal name and TDLR license number exactly as they appear on your license. We report completions to TDLR using the information you provide.
Course completion
You must log the minimum time in each module and pass each module review. Before your certificate is issued you must sign a statement that you completed the course yourself. We will not issue a certificate to anyone who has not completed the full course, as required by TDLR.
Refunds
- Full refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not started the course.
- After you start the course, refunds are at our discretion.
- No refund after your certificate has been issued.
To request a refund, contact us with the email address on your account.
Access
Your enrollment gives you access to the course for one year from purchase and access to your certificate for at least two years after completion.

Course content summarizes Texas law and rules for training purposes. It is not legal advice. Laws and rules change; the official text published by the State of Texas controls.
Fraud
Providing false information, sharing an account or having someone else complete the course may be reported to TDLR and can result in disciplinary action against your license.
